Thank you :) Did what I could. Filed a case, and it resulted in favor of us passengers. Railway authorities had also put a board later stating that they do not oppose the public from selecting their mode of transport. Because these drivers had put up a flex that time which said that Uber/Ola cars are not allowed in the premises.

In Cochin online taxis are growing very fast. the main reason, these type of auto drivers. They drive dangerously and charge at their will. Every auto is mandated to keep a meter, but don't know for what purpose. Now it is time for Uber and Ola to start city bus services. Sure it will be a big hit. Bus rides are more terrible in the city.

These people are the curse of Kochi. No new initiatives and changes are tolerated by them. And blame everyone else for lack of development. Where on earth can you find a rule saying a person can't take a private taxi from a railway station? These are peoples' personal preferences. Uber is more comfortable and affordable and safe for ladies. Between the exceptionally expensive auto, anyone would prefer that only. Who the hell do they think they are to threaten the driver like that. I hope this video becomes viral and that appropriate actions are taken against the drivers for their false claim.
And kudos to you, Vidya Gopalakrishnan and the Uber driver for taking the bold stand. Kochi needs more people like you. #aboutdamntime

The condition is the same at trivandrum. They wont even come within the station premises. I dont know why uber is silent on this matter.
