A felt tip liner would be easy to use for doing winged eye liner. It takes a bit of practice but once u get it it’s rlly good. Doesn’t smear or smudge throughout the day :) I recommend KatVonD but any kind works. There are cheaper dupes as well

Girl for the eye liner use a gel or liquid eyeliner that sets on its own or a gel/pencil and then black eyeshadow, it’s a bit tricky especially when you just start doing it but you really get used to it and fast

I think the reason ur eyeliner doesnt stay is because your using eyeshadow not eyeliner near where your eyes naturally release liquids during the day (u wont feel the liquid being released but it does its so our eyes dont get dried out) so i think thats why it smudges maybe if you used a kohal liner like a pencil liner instead it may not smudge or even a liquid liner
