STAY named Felix our baby chicken baby🐥, and all the SKZ always call any chicken Yongbok or Bbokari (the SKZOO). (Asian name for Felix was "Yongbok" given by his g'pa I think?.. his dad? His family for sure) All the SKZ joke about eating Felix anytime they have chicken. So why it's so funny a whole damn chicken straight up karate kicks Lixie. Didn't expect the mad reaction of flipping the table though! 😂

about the visual thing, in the very beginning when stray kids were still rookies, none of them wanted to take on the visual position. because of that, changbin just took it. we call him binsual. hyunjin is officially the visual i think, but he dislikes it IMMENSELY when people only comment on his looks. binsual for the win!

Agreed. The intros are one of the highlights of every comeback, and yet they're sadly underknown/underwatched by the majority of fans and reactors. I mean, they're right there explaining this album, showing us them literally producing this album, and most people will never watch that footage.

This whole album is about love (except 3racha) the concept is love and it's the first time Stray kids did this. They mentioned that they're a little bit anxious about this but I think they slayed. I think The Love that mentioned can be any type maybe fans maybe a one to one relationship whatever way we wanna understand. For whole album I think they tried a very different kind of songs and I liked this differences and variety

I'm just gonna have to say thisvsong is amazing for a title track. I love everything about is as the vocals and raps are in point as ever and Jisung is just completely wreckig me this comeback what I mean by this is he has jumped straight to being my ult wrecker (I'm not ready to have 3 ult biases in SKZ yet) and this man just does something to not only my ears when he raps but also to my eyes. I just love the way he raps as to me it's unique in a way. Also I gotta give my love to my two ult biases Felix and Hyunjin as they also did such an amazing job. The MV is everything I needed and I love the use of the colour pink aswell as it's one of my fav colours also I'm loving the story aswell and the lads did something they haven't done before and that's having a love song as the title track
The whole ALBUM is FIRE.... it is so different than what they've done before. I think that is the biggest reason I LOVE they they are always doing something new.
8:47 more than because he’s a visual, it’s because he’s a dancer. The chorus is the part of the MV that they play at every award show and it’s when the facial expressions and the dance has to be the catchiest. Also I’m guessing that hyunjin suited that part specifically since he has that slurred style and changbin does it later on. Felix did it the first time since it would be the most striking sound wise.
They released an intro to the album. Stray kids go through the album and give their own synopsis and thought process for each song's creation and the album's overall theme.
There is a video they put out a couple of days ago and they break down this road that they want us to travel down with them...and I am so hear for it ❤❤❤
I'll tell you what I understand from the movie ( also by watching the video where SKZ introduced maxidend, they explained a lots of things). So the theme of this song is love. When had listened to a lots of song. But with SKZ this theme is treated differently. Basically in the song they want to know what is love. The hearts represent the love emotion. - They tap on the door and they attack Felix = love is unpredictable - The white version of SKz just accept this feeling of love without thinking too much - The cops version of SKz are trying to understand this feeling = what is love, why I'm in love. Through all the MV they are searching for it, and you can see Felix capturing one of the hearts. The cops are also trying to unplug the heart cause they don't want to let this emotions grow in them. But Seungmin break the 4 wall and redwing back the song to let the other version on Skt to plug the heart back = means we want to accept this emotion. Btw they are talking to us Stay! They even try the break the TH-cam screen to come to us and tell they love us!

Pausing at 4:20 to mention my parents have always used 143 to silently signal to each other “I love you” when speaking wasn’t an option (driving two vehicles) or necessarily appropriate (mid-conversation with others). I’m not sure if it’s necessarily an American thing, but I know of others who also use it as code. The numbers count the letters of the words in “I(1) love(4) you(3)”. And at 5:24 I’m tempted to delete everything preceding this. Lmbo. I was SO ready for you to freak out when Binnie dropped it down deep. lol. I just thought of something, you know how they were dressed as police and were investigating the crime scene. It feels symbolic of how when you start liking someone or something, you start " investigating" and looking for why you love them and when did those feelings start. Also seeing the police version of Skz getting knocked down by the hearts reminds me of the line about barricades and how when you have any sort of strong emotion like love, it knocks down those barriers in your way and overwhelms you.

Despite the position being common in kpop, and people sometimes throwing them at SKZ, they don't have main visuals. They never have. People have been trying to force Hyunjin into that role since predebut, and he _hated_ it back when it was used as a weapon against him to dismiss him. So just like they never actually codified official positions for main rapper/dancer/vocal (despite casually using the terms sometimes), they never did so for visuals either. They'll sometimes use "main whatever" to talk about each other when praising them for some related activity (but if you pay attention, it's always to highlight the member's area of focus, not to promote a hierarchical main/lead/sub rank; you will never hear them say "main vocal Seungmin and lead vocal I.N" or whatever). They never do the same for visual. They simply don't promote that as a thing, a "who's the prettiest" competition, when they could focus on the skills they actually work for instead. In the past, especially when people would really go hard at trying to trap Hyunjin in the Official Visual box, Changbin would step up and declare himself the visual or "binsual." It took the attention and pressure off Hyunjin, it broke the tension, and it lightheartedly pointed out the ridiculousness of that kind of people-boxing. (Plus, Changbin knows he's hot, and he's been sincerely telling people this for years. He's just also confident enough to set himself up to be laughed at by blind fools.) Han, especially in more recent times, has also become more pronounced in declaring himself to be the official beauty of SKZ -- partially because he's just Han, but also partially in situations that make it clear he's doing it for the same reason as Binnie does. I mean, as recently as within the last 48 hours or so, an interview tried to pin SKZ down to declare an official visual/face/center, and they collectively went "nope" and politely reframed things to point out that each one of them is unique and brings their own equal, different charm/flavor to the group. Hyunjin knows he's beautiful, and he's openly more comfortable with and happy about that these days, now that his actual skills are known and acknowledged. And yeah, all three members of Danceracha are out there with a shared modeling contract, Felix and Hyunjin are doing glamor shots with YSL products, and all eight members have multiple group modeling gigs. But if/when anyone tells you that Hyunjin (or anyone else) is the official visual, that's as erroneous as when they tell you I.N is the lead vocal or Chan is the sub rapper or whatever. _None_ of that is a thing in SKZ.

Genuinely wanna know why, like we have two carpet references to The Shining, a throw back from Venom as well, and Lee Know popping out with the “Here’s Johnny” moment, I’m really curious about that choice symbolically. It looks sick af i just wasn’t expecting Kubrick in the love themed album

Totally, I’m curious if it’s a metaphor for the loss of reality that is experienced when you first fall in love, cause The Shining is that slow burn descent from reality to the paranormal, emphasis on destructive obsession and fear. Either way I’m glad you said something, I’ve been thinking about this for hours lol

Despite the position being common in kpop, and people sometimes throwing them at SKZ, they don't have main visuals. They never have. People have been trying to force Hyunjin into that role since predebut, and he _hated_ it back when it was used as a weapon against him to dismiss him.
So just like they never actually codified official positions for main rapper/dancer/vocal (despite casually using the terms sometimes), they never did so for visuals either. They'll sometimes use "main whatever" to talk about each other when praising them for some related activity (but if you pay attention, it's always to highlight the member's area of focus, not to promote a hierarchical main/lead/sub rank; you will never hear them say "main vocal Seungmin and lead vocal I.N" or whatever). They never do the same for visual. They simply don't promote that as a thing, a "who's the prettiest" competition, when they could focus on the skills they actually work for instead.
In the past, especially when people would really go hard at trying to trap Hyunjin in the Official Visual box, Changbin would step up and declare himself the visual or "binsual." It took the attention and pressure off Hyunjin, it broke the tension, and it lightheartedly pointed out the ridiculousness of that kind of people-boxing. (Plus, Changbin knows he's hot, and he's been sincerely telling people this for years. He's just also confident enough to set himself up to be laughed at by blind fools.) Han, especially in more recent times, has also become more pronounced in declaring himself to be the official beauty of SKZ -- partially because he's just Han, but also partially in situations that make it clear he's doing it for the same reason as Binnie does.
I mean, as recently as within the last 48 hours or so, an interview tried to pin SKZ down to declare an official visual/face/center, and they collectively went "nope" and politely reframed things to point out that each one of them is unique and brings their own equal, different charm/flavor to the group.
Hyunjin knows he's beautiful, and he's openly more comfortable with and happy about that these days, now that his actual skills are known and acknowledged. And yeah, all three members of Danceracha are out there with a shared modeling contract, Felix and Hyunjin are doing glamor shots with YSL products, and all eight members have multiple group modeling gigs. But if/when anyone tells you that Hyunjin (or anyone else) is the official visual, that's as erroneous as when they tell you I.N is the lead vocal or Chan is the sub rapper or whatever. _None_ of that is a thing in SKZ.
