Did she mean Bulliet? She’s upset that her party failed and the a/c was out, but she’s taking it out on the bartender. I find it hard to believe she didn’t drink anything because he didn’t have Ciroc. The entire case is sketchy
As a Bartender $5k for 142 guest is not a lot. Top shelf brands are very expensive, unless he's a contract with ABC for discounted price. Not to mention if people are heavy drinkers. I've seen ppl throw them back especially when the bar is open.
Not mention that the couple should have called out their preferences in advance. From experience I don’t believe he ran out of liquor. I feel like he ran out of only the 2 that everyone drank like fish (Ciroc and Bulliet). These prices are DIRT cheap. The vendor is not even getting $30 per head. And, the plaintiff is asking for about ten premium liquor brands. “Limited open bar: $20 to $25 per head. Full open bar: $35 to $45 per head.” It’s funny the defendant didn’t provide a receipt from his supplier to show that what was ordered is what was delivered. The plaintiff sounds extra. First, a thirteenth anniversary party is nonsensical. It’s doomed from the start. Was the party on a Friday the 13th too? The plaintiff must have a lot of alcoholic friends. It’s kind of funny to hear the aunt talking about “seeing more bottles at weddings”. I’ve never literally counted the bottles on hand when being served. That’s interesting. It’s also comical she is suing the venue. I guess they are taking God to small claims court for the weather too. These folks sound fancy with the “bullet” bourbon, bougie pronounciation of said bourbon, food truck, dressing rooms, and multiple lawsuits for the same party.
Bulleit bourbon is pronounced "bullet". It's.. obviously... out of Bourbon County Kentucky. Wanna be fancy clowns. Also.. Syrah is "sirrah" not "sirrak". Killing me.
I don't blame them. The AC not working when I'm sure they paid good money for a venue AND the bartender half assed the job? You must like ppl walking all over you.
@@marcheeb9755 RIGHT! Some families have waaaay more drinkers than others. Add a free bar to that and you'll be finding 1/2 full drinks all over the tables! I could never have a free bar with my family omg.
Wait, there was no amounts of each alcohol agreed on in the contract? Thats absolutely crazy... Especially with a promise that the alcohol won't run out.
The contract should also specify how many bottles of each liquor. I can't help if the crowd is full of alcoholics. At the end of the day, it should say how many drinks you can serve off each liquor, using variables that include if they're drinking rocks pours vs singles. And if they say that's not enough, amend the contract. I work in the service industry, and this is why it's so important to outline specifics, especially if you're telling them they won't run out of alcohol.
Maybe these are just very unlikable people and they need alcohol to get along with each other. The plaintiff said at the end again the lack of alcohol ruined the party. Most intelligent people don't need alcohol to have a party.

The plaintiffs clearly lied…… sometimes when people know they are honest they won’t sit there and fold.
Thank god I don’t drink alcohol
Anymore 😂😂😂
😂😂😂
Judge listening to the plaintiff talk about not having their preferred brand of liquor 😂
They paid the bartender 5k and wanted him to provide 5k worth of drank. That’s crazy.
She should just have her Anniversary at a Bar. Lol. More like a liquor party. 😂
These prices are DIRT cheap. The vendor is not even getting $30 per head. And, the plaintiff is asking for about ten premium liquor brands.
“Limited open bar: $20 to $25 per head. Full open bar: $35 to $45 per head.”
It’s funny the defendant didn’t provide a receipt from his supplier to show that what was ordered is what was delivered.
5000.00 is not enough for that party size.
Bulleit bourbon is pronounced "bullet". It's.. obviously... out of Bourbon County Kentucky. Wanna be fancy clowns.
Also.. Syrah is "sirrah" not "sirrak". Killing me.
I think they were saying ciroc
There's something mentally wrong with you if you can't have a fun at a party without alcohol.
Running out of cups is insane 😅
How about skipping the "way above and beyond", and just serve the booze!
I'm sitting here trying to figure out what is boolay. And when the defendant said whisky I was like oh she means bulleit bourbon pronounced bullet.
No, they weren’t doing that, where are they? They are trying to be bougie. They are not. They’re just losers.
@@HHH-ye1ro Bougie is exactly what they are trying to be. They just look stupid.
I'm watching this again and it's driving me nuts every time she says boolay.
These plaintiffs are sue happy
I don't blame them. The AC not working when I'm sure they paid good money for a venue AND the bartender half assed the job? You must like ppl walking all over you.
How?!
Why?
@@marcheeb9755 RIGHT! Although the plaintiffs were kind of liars since the husband said he only had 1 drink at first then slipped up later and admitted to having 3-4 so it kind of makes the wife seem less believable when she said she had ZERO Ciroc but either way they still paid for an "open bar" which means NOTHING should run out before the party ends, even if they already got a steal of a deal at $5k despite all their liquor choices being near bottom-shelf quality lol.
Some families have waaaay more drinkers than others. Add a free bar to that and you'll be finding 1/2 full drinks all over the tables! I could never have a free bar with my family omg.
Yep. At least do, what we call in Canada here, a toonie bar. Two bucks a drink.
@@justinturner8278 I'm in Canada too and it's been a while since I've seen toonie bars lol!
@@Uniquemum73 probably. I haven’t had a drink in almost 12 years, so I don’t really pay attention anymore.
The way they pronounce Bulleit is driving me nuts. It’s pronounced Bullet.
She love her that beaulieu but can't properly pronounce it. Syrah neither.
If it was hot liquor will make things worst
One thing I do know is people will drink like crazy when its free.🙄
Maybe these are just very unlikable people and they need alcohol to get along with each other. The plaintiff said at the end again the lack of alcohol ruined the party. Most intelligent people don't need alcohol to have a party.
