The Potohar region, also spelled as "Potowar" or "Potwar," is a geographical and cultural area in Northern Pakistan. It is located in the northeastern part of the Punjab province and encompasses parts of the Islamabad Capital Territory as well. The Potohar region is characterized by its hilly terrain, and it includes several small mountain ranges and plateaus.
The Potohar region is culturally diverse and is home to various ethnic groups, including Punjabis, Paharis, and various other communities. It has a rich cultural heritage, with its own unique traditions, music, and cuisine.
Islamabad, the capital city of Pakistan, is situated within the Potohar region, and many of its surrounding areas fall within this geographical area. The region is known for its scenic beauty and is popular for trekking, hiking, and outdoor activities due to its natural landscapes and lush greenery.
In terms of agriculture, the Potohar region is known for its production of crops like wheat, millet, and vegetables, and it has a significant role in providing agricultural products to the surrounding areas.
The Potohar region is a significant part of Pakistan, both culturally and geographically, and it holds historical and economic importance in the country.
We are going to explore one of its scenic valley called "NARH" (نڑھ). Initially, we explored waterfall located in first village of Narh called Noorabad. It is the best point for one-day trip / picnic with family and friends.

very good video, i went to this place Panjpir Rocks/Nurh in 2015 for the first time. it was more unexplored and all natural that time. but recently went there in October now more developed with a small place to sit and also stairs. nice Vlog bro.
