- DHA Islamabad has launched a new sector by the name of River View South on Adyala Road in DHA Phase 4 Rawalpindi. The sectors includes 5 marla, 7 marla, 10 marla and 1 kanal plots on installment. CEO Fortune Investment Group Kashif Gulzar gives detailed presentation on the sector, it's location, prices, and timeline for possession.

This project of DHA Rawalpindi will have the same fate as DHA Valley
DHA ma lana sa batar ha k awaam forn PIA housing society ka plots lana start kar da. Wo fully developed ha possession k sath. Fully RDA sa approved. Sara infrastructure ready ha. 10 marla DHA ka 95lac ka ha. Or cash pa Pia ka plot 30 sa 35 lakh ka mil Jay ga. Or instalment par 50lakh ka.
How far is it from chakri road
Next to Tnt employees corporate housing society
Not a good time for investment in property... especially for oversees Pakistanis as PKR continues to devalue..

Had bad experience in past with dha valley and almost 13 years gone no pocession. No more trust on DHA. Better to invest in other surroundings societies therefore ready plots available in much less price compare to DHA with same amenities and facilities.

You have raised a very good. It is highly expected that old Phase 4 files may be adjusted in this sector. It has already adjusted some files of Sector HB in Garden Villas.
DHA and property dealers would never raise such a point. They would market and fool the people just for their own two cents. DHA authority is such an evil that they can even impose extra development charges even after giving possesion way after due promise time.
We understand why you feel that way. However DHA is trying to right prior wrongs. And you have rightly pointed out about development charges imposed by DHA. But you must understand that cost of development has increased multiple times during past 12 months. Development is a serious business which require serious money. We ourselves have raised many such issues in the past. We don't sugar coat. You can review some of our revent videos. You must also understand that we are not spokesperson of DHA

I applied for 2 plots of 10 marla. What r chances k mera plot nikal aye ga balloting me? Tell based on your experience. Aisa hota hy k kisi ka na niklay plot balot me?? Ya sb ka plot nikal ata hy.??
Numbers of applications bohat ziyada hote hain number of plots se. Ye possible ha k plot na niklay ballot mein. Ballot is random

Let's see. The last three launchings by DHA were being sold on profit immediately after ballot.

1-Will be developed in 5-6 years
2-Land is full of khaees
3-Price is high and one can get good plot in lower price.
4-Profit will be 8-10%
5-Why they r not developing already sold files of 10 year old ?
