I've been using photoshop for half a decade and one of the worst things about being self-taught, is that you end up missing some things or more efficient ways of doing those things such as THIS, I can't believe I'm learning so much from only the third lesson in this course, absolutely amazing, unmesh, I'm so glad that this is going to get a lot of people into photoshop, this series is absolutely amazing.

So I recently decided to learn Photoshop from scratch. Though I know the basics but wanted to learn editing and creating cool stuff since long, I kept delaying because I could not really understand Photoshop and how it works, tried finding TH-cam channels but nothing could help. Recently I came across this channel, followed from lesson 1 and I realized Photoshop is NOT COMPLEX at all! I am more confident now and have been trying all the lessons, and it feels like a victory when you are finally able to use a software. Also, I can't believe we can access it for free! Thank you so much for this channel, it's gonna help a lot of people! Your teaching style is commendable, makes everything so easy to understand and follow, you are excellent at the art of teaching! Thanks again.🥰

@@agrafkaagrafka1542s so simple and the explaination fit in two sentences but yet you didn't explained it yourself. Why did you watch the video in the first place?
He did say that Opacity controls the transparency of the layer AND all his content while Fill leaves the layer style and blend modes intact. He did explains it through the whole video but spent time showing it with exemples before summing it up in the conclusion.
