The tank you are seeing is not a type 74 its is a t-62 russian tank if you going to look on the early video you can see the 2 drum tanks at the back of tank
Is this video trying to pull a fast one on the viewers? Those tanks are NOT Type 74 Japanese MBT. The type 74 has a somewhat elongated turret instead of therounded inverted bowl shape that looks more like either a Type 64 or even an older Type 55 MBT of Soviet vintage. The helicopter in the video is also of Soviet vintage, a Mi 24 soviet era attack helicopter / transport. Either the video is mistakenly using the WRONG images, OR - if these military vehicles and aircraft were actually given to the Philippines NOT by Japan, but were actually purchased from an eastern European country like Poland or Finland. I DOUBT very much that Japan even has a stockpile of soviet era military vehicles to give away. Most of Japan's obsolete tanks and helicopters are ALL American due to America's control and influence over much of Japanese society until the 1950s.
