It's not though. As long as he isn't reproducing and selling that photography or suggesting that there was a collaboration without her permission, then he is allowed, under Fair Use, to use any image from the internet, alter and manipulate it, and then create new art from it. Again, as long as he doesn't say this is a Samanta Bravin Collab or sell her exact likeness or reprints of the original photograph, then it's all good in the hood.

I can actually go to any image of yours and use it for whatever I want...as long as it's for personal use. Hence, the remarks I said about this guy selling reprints or digital copies. Selling direct copies of the image would be stealing, because he doesn't have the license to sell that image or even reprint it for marketing or promotional materials.
However, to use it or alter it in order to create a new piece of art or to make an original statement is totally protected under Fair Use. For example, there was a coffee company called Starbucks (Dumb) who was able to use all of Starbucks' trademarks (including logo, color scheme, and even their entire menu) by just adding the word "Dumb" behind everything.
They argued the following, "By adding the word 'dumb,' we are technically 'making fun' of Starbucks, which allows us to use their trademarks under a law known as 'fair use.' Fair use is a doctrine that permits use of copyrighted material in a parodical work without permission from the rights holder."
By adding his photoshop skills and new elements to the original image, the guy who owns this TH-cam channel created a new work of art or a new statement, and is well within the protection of Fair Use. : )
He is also NOT saying this is a collab, which would be libel if untrue. So, he's not breaking any laws there either. Hope that clears things up.
