In this Notion tutorial, I show you how to build an easy resettable checklist in Notion. This is super useful for common workflows or task lists as you can reset the checklist with a single click.

Awesome, especially if you have a long checklist. Is there a way using formulas to automatical reset the checklist every day (for example, at midnight)?
What a creative way of using the "buttons" feature. Glad I ran across your channel. 🙏
Glad it was helpful!
I have always hated the notion tutorials because always feel overcomplicated and cult-like but you like really changed my opinion, liked and suscribed; im really hoping to learn so much more from you
Thank you for watching! I'm glad you enjoyed it :)
Thank you for this. Do you know if I am able to nest toggle checklists in this fashion?
Thank you so much your tutorials are helping me master Notion and I’m in love with this I’ve created so many checklist with this tutorial 😂
You're very welcome! I'm glad you like them
Do you have a video about how to track all the completed tasks somewhere too? thanks.
I don't have a video on it but you could just set up another tab on this database and change the filters to only show completed tasks. 😊
Thanks so much, this video has really clarified a bunch of notion features for me :)
Awesome
Hello there,
I really appreciate this reusable checklist template. I used the same logic for my everyday office task.
Just one suggestion: could you please make a video explaining the few activities that are once a week and the few that are twice a month, along with a reminder for those particular activities?
This is fantastic. I am new to Notion, setting up my pages from scratch just yesterday from tutorials.
I’ve worked through this ‘with you’ step by step, but adding an extra step to clear the text too, but only when the the filter has the checkbox as checked
Now when I want a new To Do list at the start of the week, it looks for just completed items, it clears the text and unchecks them, leaving anything uncompleted alone :)
I’m preparing this page for starting a degree course later this year as a (very old!) mature student, but I can see using it for everyday life too
I’ll now be looking up other tutorials from you. I’d have not found this button functionality by myself for ages
THANK YOU.
what if I want to add one filter for the checked one?
So helpful, tysm. I want to ask.
If I plan it as a habit tracker, can the results be saved (counted in progress) as progress even the checklist reuseable?
Yes, there are ways that you can save the progress. I have some other videos on habit trackers showing how to build an analytics database to go alongside it :)
