- Chelmsford Central Parkrun 7th Oct 23 in Essex. I wanted to showcase this Parkrun whilst setting myself the challenge of overtaking over 700 runners starting from the back. Can I do it aged 56? Enjoy!

Thank you. I am not getting any younger at neatly 57 but enjoy a good challenge and also wanted to showcase Chelmsford Parkrun so starting at the back gave me that opportunity. Lots of fun of course too. What is your objective at Parkrun? There is something for everyone at parkrun 😊
looks about 70% paved - but weather is getting hotter now and it might be firm enough to get a decent time, think I might risk it tomorrow
