@whistlemotors thank you! In my personal opinion the top 5 greatest sports sedans are in no particular order 1. BMW e39 M5, 2. '91 - '94 Mercedes 500E (Porsche built motor) ,3. Audi RS4 B7, 4. Mercedes AMG Hammer, 5. Audi S8 any generation but mainly 2014+
Awesome review! I’ve seen this car in person…beautiful ❤️. Quick suggestion: review the E46 M3, Slate Green over Cinnamon Ryan has in Inventory! Another beauty!
@ Absolutely! The M3 of this era and M5 are two of my all time favorites. Love the body, the interior, and the way they prrrrrr. Plus, like you said no more manual after this. The big old shark M5 had some cool features but it just didn’t stand out as much, none of them have since. This was peak for me
@ because I saw this same car on Facebook marketplace the last two times it got sold, the original owner was the one that sold it something last year if I’m not mistaken or one of the longer duration owners, for sure had dinan headers and meisterschaft exhaust 100000%
Awesome ride someone somewhere will buy this beautiful one I'm working on my 335i auto 150k doing mods at the moment stock it's at 300hp twin turbos going with the hybrid due to living in Cali don't want to get reffed 😂her weight is right at 3600 ish with a fraction of money being dumped into her will still be a rocket and will gap that m5 😂just on weight alone but that's a special m5 with Manuel
no wonder it has not been sold even though its an alpine white rarety... LOOK at those honda ricer sideskirts , WHO in their right mind would fit those to a e39 M5 ?? and talking about the fitment ROFL. even teslas is put together better than what he did with those sideskirts... Rice an m5 = death sentance ....
I explain in the video those are AC Schnitzer period correct body add on’s. Nothing “rice” about it. That is what was cool in the late 90’s, and in my opinion should be APPRECIATED rather than look down on. That’s nostalgia right there, and most E39 M5’s don’t have them.
Strong statement, partly agree. The AC Schnitzer side skirts and rear diffuser on this just looks tacky. Same with the Hamann kit; they are period correct but not for me. Prefer the stock body lines. Sleeper status.
Most overrated BMW of all time. I've owned one so I'm not talking my opinion out of my ass, and I currently own a e60 m5. They're great as sedans to just put around in but they don't really do sport that well. Its a lazy engine with that torque to get you around, and they start falling apart when pushed through turns. Also, they don't look that great. The JXZ100 Tourer V existed a few years prior to the E39 M5 and handles and steers far better, sits lower, weighs less, better looking and the one I drove made about equal power with stock everything just the boost turned up.
What car do you guys want me to breakdown next? Let me know!

BMW e39 M5 the BEST M5 of all time, and I would go as far as say it is one of the greatest sports sedans of all time. This car has soul.
Definitely one of the greatest sports sedans ever built. What would be your top 5? (If you have time) lol

That’s an incredible list! No E60 M5? 🤔 what about the original Maserati Quattroporte?🤔🤔
@@whistlemotors E60 M5 and original Maserati Quatroporte are also great choices 👍🏽. Maybe we need to do a Top 10 list / video!
Amazing video, one of the best m5 reviews out there!
Wow thank you. Means a lot to me! Sub up more to come 😮💨
Great energy, got me with this review. A bit biased though. I have an AW over Caramel 2002 E39 M5.
Fun times ahead. Currently baselining.
Appreciate that thank you, and AW over Caramel, GREAT SPEC!
I have a white on red E90 M3 and this would make a perfect compliment

The reason there's only 3 in that colour combo is that it's absolutely ghastly

This one’s got dinan headers
If I remember correctly they are Eisenmann, what makes you say DINAN

@@whistlemotors fair enough but atleast fit them right. Look at those gaps 😬
