[Episode 4 Hot Challenge: Spicy Dumpling Recipe]
❤🔥Ingredients
150g Aged kimchi
200g Minced pork
20g Glass noodles (Soak beforehand)
40g Green onion
80g Tofu
1 Clove of garlic
10g Sugar
20g Fine red pepper powder
30g Soy sauce
15g Buldak sauce
10g Oyster sauce
5g Sesame oil
Dumpling wrappers
🧑🍳 Recipe
1. Squeeze out water from the tofu using a cheesecloth.
2. Boil the soaked glass noodles for 5 minutes.
3. Finely chop the boiled noodles, green onion, garlic, and aged kimchi.
4. Mix all ingredients and seasonings together thoroughly.
5. Place an appropriate amount of filling in the center of the dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold it neatly.
6. Steam the dumplings for 15 minutes, and they’re ready to serve!

돼지고기 민스 200g
당면 20g
파 40g
두부 80g
마늘 1알
설탕 10g
고운 고추가루 20g
간장 30g
불닭소스 15g
굴소스 10g
참기름 5g
만두피
🧑🍳레시피
1. 두부는 면보에 물기를 꽉 짜서 준비해준다.
2. 미리 불려둔 당면은 끓는물에 5분간 삶아준다.
3. 삶아둔 당면, 파, 마늘, 묵은지 김치는 곱게 다져서 준비해둔다.
4. 모든 재료와 양념을 넣고 잘 섞어준다.
5. 만두피에 만들어둔 만두소를 적당량 올리고 만두피 끝에 물을 살짝 묻혀서 이쁘게 접어준다.
6. 찜기에 만들어둔 만두를 올리고 15분간 쪄준다.
