Bad Driver from Safe (something) Transportation

This particular driver was NOT very safe, and will be reported to the owner of the company.
I spoke to the GM of Safe-lift, and he claims they do not have any Kia's in their fleet.

Please note that in the start of the clip, they were in the right lane to turn right, then as I was making my legal left they pulled into the left turn lane and was almost halfway into the street.
