Moreover, as per my experience although I am not so certified as yours although practically i have been very lucky, I believe tankers in any mode of cargo carriage needs expertise on apllied science as stowage wrt msds is unparalleled mandatory for safety issues. Anyways, i think Gen.Crg, Containers, Ro-Ro, Bulk seafarers are lucky as they aren't hired to meet agreed Chartered quantity as tankers are supposed to deliver... e.g :-fm Sgp, Vitol- 20,000,000 MT to lube to Fuj.... So regular size OT gets fixed. Gets boring but operation vets easy as same faces or regltns repeat.
