New strings sound great! And the playing isn't too shabby, either. ;)

Beautiful piece and playing, Rob. Which Ambridge model are you playing there and how do the Damian strings compare to other makers? I have tried Aquila (not from a 'set') and found it a bit too bright for my guitar (just a mid range Alhambra...). Cheers, Yair

Hi Yair. Simon made a special one-off guitar. You can read about it here: ambridgeguitars.co.uk/other-guitars/ I'm very lucky to have it.

Very nice playing and tone.Thank you! Since you don't play with extended fingernails ... how do you think these strings (in standard pitch/tuning) would sound with right hand fingernails?

I'm not sure, but look forward to your video showing us :-)

really a great sound. i want to try these gut strings someday.
do you think these strings fits any kind of classical guitar? i have a spanish guitar raimundo.
    thanks,
    big fan of your channel.
    regards from Brasil!

Yes, Daniel, they will fit any classical guitar. I can't guarantee that they will sound exactly like they do on my guitar, but they should sound good. Good luck.

Why all the musics in this channel are in slow motion?

Because you can only hear half of it.
