Eggs in the Hole With Hash Browns

In this week's episode, I create a fun rendition of one of my favorite classics, egg in the hole. Or whatever you call it. I've heard it called egg with a hat, egg in a basket, egg in a frame, or gasshouse egg...So many names for such a simple dish!
In this rendition the "frame" or "basket" is a hash...made with potatoes, white onion, pickled serrano peppers, and bacon lardons. Made in a cast iron pan over some open fire. Don't let the fire scare you away, you could make this just as easily in the comfort of your kitchen...I just love being outdoors and cooking on an open fire.
