The best way I can understand the video is that everything in it is black and white, but with a hint of red. I've heard/read from numerous sources that red indicates that ghosts/spirits are present. I think the "ghost" is God. This shows that no matter where there is black and white, God will be there. Plus the song itself I think is about letting go of your daily routine and letting God steer you path, "This is the way, this is the motion (let go now)".

yep, they put out some really good music back then.
Grew up on these guys and came back to the Lord at 34 and went right back to my Christian alternative rock bands lol. Loved these guys
