- And 24 hours latter the John Deere 2010 looks completely different! And much better in my opinion. By no means a perfect paint job, but I had just enough paint to cover most of the tractor and least was able to cover everything I wanted to paint! Took a couple of hours to prime and paint the tractor.

I'm rebuilding a 64 john deere 2010 gas almost identical was wondering if there was any way you would do a video on how the foot throttle hooks up cause mine is not there would love to rebuild it
Unfortunately I no longer have the tractor, but I did have to fix the foot throttle as it wasn’t hooked up, I don’t remember how much of that I got in a video though or which video

What kind of primer? Also where did you purchase the JD paint?
Did you thin it out?
Just Rustoleum automotive primer.
And yes I did thin it per the directions on the paint can.
