For one it wasn't people (*cough* fans *cough*) actually mindlessly killing the Funhaus guys, it was random people on a server that were doing what is part of the DLC - hindering a rival business/bike club.
I was really impressed with how gracefully Funhaus handled the griefing. Even if it was just edited out, the comedy vibe in the video somehow survived what could easily and understandably dissolved to salty bitterness . Loved the video.

GTA 5 DOES have private/invite only lobbies. This DLC (the CEO and Motorcycle Club) is specifically designed to drive competition between rival clubs of players, and thus you can't do them on private sessions because that would invalidate the entire point of them.
I have to say, that stretch around the middle of the video where Adam was just going Rambo on all of the randoms messing with you guys was fantastic. Just seeing him with a serious face knocking down player after player, blowing up vehicles, and even taking out people who got the drop on him was awesome.
The way they ramp off the shark perfectly reflect their personalities. James getting it right just because he can. Adam trying to get it right but getting it wrong because he can't. Bruce just broosting it to the max and becoming an excited little child. Lawrence isn't doing it because it isn't practical to his true power level/ he died before he got there.
I like the way there is a voice of reason in gta gameplays, either Lawrence or James, who want to actually try and do the missions but the end result is always anarchy and explosions

I think the whole point of having other players in your lobby is to add the reality of gang warfare that the game is attempting to make. To have an world wide online game without other people is a paradox, what is the point of online with competition. To get angry over Adam having to fight some opponents like a badass and epic car chases that may sometimes end in failure is stupid ( adressing the comments)

Funhaus, I think you can do Biker DLC missions in friend only lobbies. CEO has to be done in public but Biker missions can be done in private lobbies.
