I would love to see a video on the 1:1 DM closing video please Max. Also could you create a video on how you use HighLevel walkthrough and setup for the backend email marketing strategy that you talked about. This was an excellent breakdown video Max. I've been doing a full run through of all your videos on your channel and also your podcasts with Matthew from Skool Stories. I'm getting immense value from all of these videos you have created Max. Can't wait to start my Skool community soon and your Skool community both free and paid are the ones I would love to join.
I'd like to hear more about the pitch within your onboarding calls in the free community. Are you only bringing up the premium community at the end, are you guys pretty soft with the pitch, banking on a follow-up multi-touch close? Thanks, Max these are great and very valuable.
Thanks - amazing video. I wonder, without a team, how do I avoid becoming a slave to onboarding calls? It seems like your schedule would load up and it'd be difficult to have time for the top of funnel social media content and delivering all we've promised inside of the paid community. I'd love videos (maybe they exist?) on your systems for managing it all.
Hey Sonya! Great question :) Actually just recorded a video about this that will be released on Friday. It will cover more about the onboarding calls. But I'll also create like a super in depth video on how they work. This is also what I teach inside my communities in more detail. But to make a long story short, you definitely want to outsource those calls to what we call "Specialists". I pay them a monthly commission on every sale they make and they are incentivized to not only sell them into the community, but also keep them in the community. Then you might ask, where do you find people to take calls for you? Great question, inside your community :) All of my "Specialists" started out in my free and paid communities. That's another huge perk of Skool, hiring great talent becomes a lot easier :) Hope that helps!
@@MaxPerzon you are exceptional. Thank you for taking the time to respond so thoroughly. I want to get my Skool game together and earn a seat at the table next to you - you’re hugely helpful and also inspiring.
Thanks Max! So good! I’m currently looking to try your model, but this business would be a side-hustle (my dreams are different). What would you first give up in this model to decrease the amount of work/montly time commitement?
Tough one to say! I would honestly not go into it if you're not going all into it. You're a lot better off just going all in on one thing than having a lot of side hustles. However going all in on Skool I think is a solid business move :) We're just in the beginning of this.
How do I know a good price for my paid community? I’m between $29 and $49. My niche is music production. My free community would have a course on how to produce, and paid is focusing on how to go viral on TikTok, and has unlimited song feedback, and daily accountability to help people release music every week. Should I go for $29, $49 or higher? And also, did you start Max Premium at a a lower price and raise or when you kept getting more and more members? Thanks
I'd recommend doing daily calls. It's not only massive value for your community, but you will also get massive feedback from your community that way. Using Zoom is perfect for it, basically just jump on the call and take questions. You could also use a tool like slido.com to source questions before the call begins. Is that helpful?
@@MaxPerzon Really helpful, thank you. I agree a higher frequency would be more valuable for the program and members. But how do you ensure only your paid members are attending the zoom call?
Nope not Isaiah, another community. Won't mention names :) But to me that's crazy. It's like throwing away an email list of 50k people blaming it on the list because it doesn't convert :p A free community is crazy powerful.
Excellent video, Max. I’m learning tons! 🎉
Great to hear! Let's keep getting after it.

@@MaxPerzon thanks mate I appreciate it, I’ll come say hi once I pass through Goteborg later this summer ;-)

Brother!! It's not letting me pay to join your pid group. The join/pay button is grayed out - triple checked my email and card number to be 110% sure
Hey Josh! Huh 🤔 interesting! Not sure why that would happen! Probably something with the Skool payment processor. I’ll have a look :)
Max, if I wanted to host weekly coaching calls (i.e. via zoom) for my paid members, what's the best way to do that in skool?

@@sunshinemodels1 you have a separate group only for paying members 👍
Can u do a videos on free trial and also video on onboarding calls
Awesome! Will 100% do a video on our on boarding call strategy :)
Hey max! How can i earn money from skool if I dont have a course or a community?
Great tips as always Max! ✅Thanks!
Glad you liked it!
Did you stop paid ads to the paid community?
Nope still running :) We do cold ads to the free community and warm retargeting ads to the paid community 👍
Were you talking about Isaiah Rivera ? He had like 50k people on his community for free and then stop pushing it and said it didn’t convert well

Max go deep in retargeting ads and 1o1 dm closing pls
Are you facing difficulties in your ad re targeting? I can help you. Trust me
Email would be 🔥
Awesome! You mean like what to write in the emails and what to create in the auto responders etc?
Probably not the first one to say it, but it's such a missed opportunity to not name this channel Skool School...
First one here!
:))
