I love Tondo/Divisoria/Quiapo. Some say it can be dangerous but I haven't run in to a single person with any bad intent. People are so incredibly friendly to foreigners as you saw in this video. I laughed out loud when he took the camera and walked into the house and came back again and said "welcome the the Philippines!"
I love it there also. All these videos I see Make it sound like some kind of gang infested place that I wouldn't survive an hour in. That couldn't be farther from the truth. Those people were so incredibly friendly and hospitable. When that guy grabbed my camera and ran i thought that it was gone forever.
