Tiered PPE was very challenging but also fun and satisfying when getting next tier upgrade.

You can use doku in an official TPPE... it's work but it just restricts you a bit more on tiered items

Well yeah true but it would be too easy to claim it before last tier or somekind of other rule than just directly equiping it without effort
