Its not a limited event drop. It can always drop. Recently I even got a Festival Enjoyer Kensei skin, which makes me believe there is probably also a Huntress (as those are the classes that have abilites as a drop aswell). Ok now like and subscribe and dont forget to ring the bell ty.

There are no set rules for PPEs, i use quest chest i get while playing that character. Doesnt matter if they are from the battle pass, the mission or the tinkerer quest. But everyone should make their own rules for PPEs to make them enjoyable for themselves.
