Thank you, wrongspotted! ❤ I can relate; maybe the reason for the relaxing effect of listening to foreign languages has to do with the fact that foreign words, as they are basically meaningless to us, carry little connotations, don't negatively affect us and enter the brain purely as sounds, requiring no response. I guess the important thing is to not listen to the same foreign audio too often or you'll start to understand things here and there and eventually be like: "What? So I've been listening to a podcast about port-a-potty cleaning this whole time?" 😀

maybe you already discovered this, but if you turn on the closed caption on the toolbar overlay and then click the settings wheel on the right, you can choose "auto-translate" under the subtitles settings and choose your language. It's far from perfect (actually it's not accurate at all). But it is funny though 😀
