RE: The room at 23:33 where you can't figure out what it's for. When I first got to this room, I originally entered it where you're on that cut-off platform. I still can't figure that out, except perhaps the devs made it to give you a glimpse of the room (as a tease). However, as you discovered, you will actually enter this room by climbing up the ladder from the lower level.
Once in the room, turn the lever to raise the hanging platforms so that they are level with the short platform with pot/vase. When you do that, it simultaneously raises the hanging platforms in the adjacent room (confirm that by climbing up the stairs). Then you simply leave the room (by climbing down the slanted rock (again, the platforms should line up with that) and then go down the column with the small steps onto that large vase.
Finally, when you're able enter the adjacent room, you will be able to turn that room's lever, which gets you access to the blue chest (by making the red mask's wooden tongue come out). My blue chest had orbs, so not really worth the time/effort.
Also really appreciate your videos - super helpful! I am not a typical gamer, and many of these puzzles stump me w/o help.
Thank you for helping me beat this games ridiculous puzzle design. To hard to me to sit down and enjoy when I barely have free time and can't spend it over puzzles that take hours to solve. Some of them are super obscure. I liked that about this game but its way overboard. And I just don't have the patience or time to do them. You're a life saver for helping me finish this game. Otherwise I was going to move on to breath of the wild or another game and never come back.
You are welcome! You are right, i loved this game for the puzzles too but yeah they can be very hard sometimes. A lot of clues I only find out accidentally as I was exploring for other stuff 😅. But looking back, I know that theres were clues left on how to solve every puzzle in the game. One just have to know to look for them 😄

For the most part, I do like the game. It has its quirks, but overall it’s fun. I’m an avid puzzler, so that part is great. I have physical disabilities that make boss fights take more tries than I’d like, but I eventually get through it.
Yeah, the puzzles in the game are really something. Have you found the rune of power caves? Took me quite a while solving those too.
LOL at 18:23 I threw a pot from above cause I couldn't figure out how to get down and actually activated the switch revealing the chest with the triangle key. It's also really cool watching the many changes the game has had from its release to this day.
I’ve been meaning to go for another run of the guardian owls chapter to experience the changes myself. But the game only has 3 save slots and all is now occupied by save games of each chapter. I hope they add a new one when the last DLC comes out.
