The game starts night time upon finishing Savoca Prison. From there you can change night/day at the inns.

WTF! I am playing the Switch version and after getting the owl bomb I have searched for secret entrances at Rodia... and so I have bombed away the two stacked boxes... and they do not respawn. So actually this heart will not find the way to me. Thanks game developers, one more bug on your to do list! 🤬
