      I kind of called it that in the description, but as a title would have been even better... with a thumbnail of Baxter for ultimate bait level 😂

    There is a disturbing lack of Baxter in this video.

    Eduardo Pavez is great with an X-Pan too!
    Australian movies to check out: Walkabout, Wake in the Fright, Mad Max franchise, The Proposition, Ten Canoes, Animal Kingdom, The Rover, The Infinite Man, The Nightingale, Picnic At Hanging Rock, Sweet Country, Chopper, Shine, Lantana, Charlie’s Country, The Tracker. There’s some others I just can’t think of too.

    So if you ever do a road trip through the US, here’s a travel tip. Don’t rent hotel rooms every night. Try and sleep in your car and take showers at truck stops. I don’t know if you have truck stops in Australia but here we have cross country trucks that haul freight from one side of the county to the other so the truckers stop at these gigantic gas (petrol) stations and they have amazing shower rooms. They’re like really decent hotel bathrooms that you rent for for like $10. I took a trip across the country with my wife and when I mentioned during our planning stages that we could just shower at truck stops she had the worst idea of what truck stop showers would be. I had to convince her that if truckers know a truck stop shower is gross they can just continue on down the road to a good one. So truck stops really do have to compete with each other by having nice clean shower rentals. So give that a go.

      @@pushingfilm No worries! Most of them were re-edits of older videos - the newer stuff is ahead.
      Also, this was a great all around - like listening to a podcast. I wasn't prepared for your American accent, though. Haha.
      Cheers!

    The mamiya 7 has a panoramic adapter accessory and has "built-in" frame lines for panoramic.
    Built in but it's pretty small dots haha

    Jason could just get the Mamiya 7 panoramic adapter. You can shoot 35mm panorama without the need of a dark bag.

    Not photography related, but it's strange watching this in 2024 because I would have been in ICU with COVID19 whilst they were discussing the strictness of the lockdowns ... I'd of loved to get out for an hour a day, but unfortunately being wired and tubed up stopped me getting out for an hour with my camera ...

  • @AdamWilkoszarski
    @AdamWilkoszarski 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    I like you both guys but not knowing who Alec Soth is in photography is like not knowing who Meryl Streep is in cinema... There are other sources of information other than TH-cam :)
