Both my husband and I have been watching your videos for years now. You’ve been an inspiration to us. In fact, we took a cross Canada tour then went into the USA for 5 months. Many thanks.
Felt kind of like when I was young and sitting on my Aunt and Uncle's living room floor watching the slides and old video of their trips, They went all over the world. Now I miss her homemade cookies like sun buckles and 7 layer bars.
It brings me (as I'm sure for all your viewers), seeing you both...and Lucia....still out there enjoying life with all the ups and downs! I've been here since we first met in 2017 and continue to look forward to the upcoming chapters! Cheers!
What a great recap. I saw all of the full videos except at the end in France, I didn't remember that part. Where was that awesome clock in the square, Prague ?
I like your travels through the US and Baja....I have been to Europe and seen all that I wanted to see, Normandy, battle of the bulge all the important ww2 sites...I don't ever plan on going back...how many castles can ypu see??? Looking forward to your adventures in North and South America
Travel trailers are too big to travel around in Europe. People with travel trailers usually tow them to a camping in a touristic place and stay there for the duration of their holidays and then tow the trailer back home. European roads are often too narrow for big campers. Class B/C campers are usually between 20 and 25 foot long. It’s difficult to find a parking space for vehicles over 21 feet. Campers must also stay under a maximum weight of 7.700 Lbs or else a CDL drivers license is required. Road tolls are also expensive in some countries for vehicles over 7.700 pounds (=3.500 Kg). And Europeans also need to make sure their campers don’t use too much fuel. During the Covid period I noticed diesel fuel prices of 10 USD per US Gallon in Norway. Other countries were not much cheaper. So you wont find any F350’s towing a huge fifth wheel toy hauler in Europe.
Great video! How did you guys manage 2 years in Europe with US plates? I have read that there is a limit of 6 month with a US licensed vehicle before you have to license it in Europe.
Hi, there... The guy from Rio again! Did you have to pay any deposit to get your RV into Europe? A guy I talked to, from Germany, told me some countries charge a deposit, so you don't sell the RV in Europe. He advised me not to enter through Germany or France, and that some other countries also charged that deposit. I'm planning on going from Baltimore to Liverpool.
Hello Mark. No we did not because we went through Belgium. Yes, supposedly Germany requires a deposit but Germans are the only people I know who intentionally ship out of Germany. I’ve heard good things about out arriving in the UK but I have no personal experience.
It’s definitely not a wrap for European travels. It cost a lot to get Denny over there so we are leaving him until we’ve experienced most of Europe or if roads through Asia open…
Hey Ben and Becky, I still can not subscribe to your channel, if I do YT unsubscribes me automatically! do you have a newsletter or something like that? I want to stay up to date with your videos. Cheers
@@outliersoverland I gotta be honest. I missed a lot of your videos and I have a lot of catching up to do. But watching this latest video got me in the mood for binge watching your channel. Lol. I hope to see more US travel from you guys and Mexico. Good luck to you all.
Wow... your comments about Europe being a police state during covid... don't you think that a few inconveniences with some tests and qr codes were but a minor inconvenience when tackling a pandemic that would or could kill millions?
They are 100% correct. I grew up in Europe way pre COVID. Moved to the US. During COVID, had to travel a lot between the US and Europe. Police state 100%

Nice to see you on my suggested videos again! Lovely recap of your European adventures. I watched the original videos but I loved the voiceover!
Thank you Heather.
We might try the commentary again instead of a montage on our next travel video.
Great video, thanks for sharing it with us. Happy travels!
Glad you enjoyed it.

That’s an awesome memory to rekindle.
Been watching you three for years. You post it, I'm watching it. Thanks Don from California
Thanks Don. It’s always nice hearing from you.
Thanks for sharing your adventures! Since I don’t travel anymore, I am living vicariously through you.😀
You’re welcome Renee. You warm our hearts.
Glad to see you guys again. 😊
Thanks Will. It’s good to be here.
Wonderful video. Really loved it. I see we have friends in common Wayne and Liz Taylor. Cheers Ro ❤

I watched all these videos but thoroughly enjoyed revisiting your experiences with this recap. Looking forward to more adventures!
That’s. I’m glad you enjoyed it.
We might try this style of both of us commenting on footage again.
Loving this remembrance of your trip. I still wish I had asked you to pick up a pup similar to Lucy when you were in Baja!
Thanks. Lucy had a sister that was available but Lucy wasn’t letting us leave the rescue without her.
Love the full picture commentary cant wait for US travels
Thanks. It was an experiment and we may try it again in a travel video.

Good eye.
Aside from using clips as occasional b roll i have not edited those travels into vlogs yet.
Awesome! I thoroughly loved this video! Wow! 🤩

Thanks. We look forward to continuing our travels in the States.
Wow, it's been a while.....welcome back !
Yes it has. Good to hear from you Glenn.
That's quite a travel story for sure.
I have a few more stories too crazy for TH-cam to share around the campfire with you one of these days.
@@outliersoverland Sounds good Ben. Time to sit round the fire and pull a cork!
I noticed that all the campers in the campgrounds were Class B or Class C. No trailers. Anyway, glad to have you got again.
Good observation.
They do have travel trailers in Europe but they call them caravans and they are not allowed at a lot of aires.

@@outliersoverland Oh I see. Well, happy travels. I'm going to see more videos coming up.
I have not followed you for a few months sorry. Are you still in Europe ? If in Paris region, let me know ! I'm converting my Fuso.

That is crazy???!!!

Do you think you went into places in you're world travels that a 4x4 sprinter van couldn't get into?
Not at all. A 4x4 Sprinter is an extremely capable machine.
