I have a Thai Silk myself, he's still quite young around 3 inches. I find his colours can be a darker green/turquoise colour but then he sometimes has a more pearly colour to him. Looking forward to seeing how his colours turn on in the future. As far as pellets I feed Hikari cichlid pellets.
Hey i recently bought my thai silk flowerhorn and totally love it! I was wondering why the flowerhorn its colours were so faded because mine is really bright! Also, i give him various food so he can get all the nutrition needed. But my fav are still the hikari flowerhorn pellets.
Love Flower horns. Beautiful fish! Go with 20s, however 10 gallon cheaper to medicate and dose. Off topic. When if ever should one replace their sponge filters?

Nice progress, think I'd go all 20s. Also love flowerhorns and thanks for featuring a unique variety, very cool fish.

Love me some Thai Silk. I have 4 of them. Cant get enough. Mine are aggressive but i have successfully kept them in community tanks, and with plecos
Just got one - seems very not scared of me
Such a beautiful fish
Great video
Beautiful fish, hopefully it lasts long as super linebred flowerhorns like that don’t last long
Some tens would be cool, I really like the Thai silk, a monster one at a lfs, is what got me into the FH.
All 20s, gives you more room to play with in terms of what fish can ‘fit,’
I would say go with 20’s. Easier to keep tank clean plus look it will look better.
I think I want to Thai silk flowerhorn... Go with all 20s if you're trying to sell them... 40s if you're trying to give him a better home

I've gotten Thai Silks when I bred my two Gold Base flowerhorns. Someone told me that somewhere in there gene pool is a Texas Cichlid
