    I am not getting power to one of my stepper motors. I can hook it up to the other driver get power and swap the power from the working driver and get power to one or the other motor. It's starring to seem like the Myplasm controller is bad as I've already replaced the leads to the motor and driver from the controller.

      this is simple and useful. (DYNAMIC PIERCING). machine go to position z go down touch the material. here start 1 touch material the torch go up to transfer height ( user define height. 2 after the arc is transferred the system detect the arc ignition and go higher height PIERCE HEIGHT. (user define HEIGHT and time) 3 when the time delay is reached then cut height and move. easy and not so complicated. 1 touch 2 transfer height 3 pierce height 4 cut height X Y move. this help when process thick metal make an successful arc transfer and the pierce height take care for consumables. what do you think? take this in consideration please.

    Every time I try to access the configuration menu it asks for a password. What password do I use? I can't set my xy and z limits

      go to MyPlasmCNC/store folder and open (by notepad) "store.fms" file .
      Then you can found your password below eSpec5 text.
      after enter password in MyPlasm CNC software you can delete it ( or change ) in special function window.

    • @myplasmcncsystemen1506
      @myplasmcncsystemen1506  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      or delete "store.fms" file then all software will be restore to factory ( without password ) but need all configuration again.

    Can i use JMC Servo Motors?

    Hi can I use 2 drives of Y and the additional output for rotary axis?

    • @myplasmcncsystemen1506
      @myplasmcncsystemen1506  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi. Rotary axis on flat table ( using the same Y axis ) is not good idea.
      If you want to do it ( not recomended ) then you can connect both Y motors to Y output.
      Controller has 4 axis only. But can connect 4 drivers to one axis.
