other than it being THE song for car shopping in GT5, as a jazz guitarrist, this piece is extremely complicated to play. its a passion masterpiece of up beat and the drummer capturing every important climax. the saxophonist expressing his personal solo. and finaly the very awesome arrangements with the melody.
I'm training to become a jazz guitarist rn and honestly THIS is why I chose it as my major. Gran Turismo is not only the reason I got into Jazz but it has objectively amazing pieces to study, transcribe and analyze.
Now used as one of the tuning shop soundtracks in Gran turismo 7. I remember getting Gran turismo 5 near the end of 2010 as I was just getting involved into racing simulators at that time. I was 16 then and will be 28 soon.
I swear just browsing the dealership was as great an experience for me as playing this game. I've got more memories doing exactly that than playing this game as well
GT SPORT sucks I prefer GT5 OR GT6. Let's see how GT7 would be. I just hope it is the same as GT5 OR GT6 rather than be of more GT SPORT I just don't like it the fuel economy sucks and it isn't unlimited as in GT5 OR GT6 which I preferred as you didn't need to go at the pits to refuel your car with petrol or diesel it's a game it doesn't have to be crazy realistic with real life car physics. This games used to be fun now with GT SPORT it's pointless got ruined to play it, ngl it does have way better graphics, but mostly, I wanted to be like GT5 or GT6, the classic feeling is gone were did this feeling go? where did those beautiful jazz songs go?
i still have this game, i play it quit frequently on my PS3, and the graphics have aged very well tbh (besides the people) compared to what we have now! the game is awsome!

This song makes me feel a melancholy feeling that I can't quite wrap my head around. But at the same time there's a hint of joy in it. It's a glorious piece that just makes me feel.
Am I the only one who thinks that the vibe that Gran Turismo 5 exclusively gave off was unique? Like I can't explain it right, the game managed to attach songs: Chill out + Jazz added to a modern and minimalist Layout and Architecture in the game, where all this added up makes this game much more than a racing game, but an experience of a unique vibe. I felt it a lot even in GT Sport and GT4, but I hope to feel 100% of what I felt in GT5 in Gran Turismo 7!
