You don't bulk and cut at this level and not be concerned with that. It would have been a totally wasted bulk and failed cut otherwise
He's got massive amounts of muscle, and even during a bulk doesn't have a high body fat percentage, he looks massive and lean no matter what, so why should he be worried about it lol. If you're like 190 lbs and cutting you'll be way more concerned about losing even a lb of muscle, cuz you cant afford to lose any muscle since after your cut you're already gonna look kinda small in clothes. He's also on roids tho, so he pretty much won't be losing any muscle on his cut anyway.

Hey Sam, I don’t hear too many people talk about readjusting their calories after they lose a significant amount of weight. I think learned this from experience but the calorie difference for me after I lost 20 pounds was about 300 calories. That 300 calories kept me on track to losing more pounds. Point being I wasn’t gonna shake any stubborn weight off if I kept my calories the same. Or at worst maintained the weight or at best lose weight at a slower rate.
i suggest you a realy easy meal which is: a can of tuna with a can of corn and some mayo on top. and for the egg whites, try a pour a little of olive oil with some salt and pepper combo, thanks for the videos!!
Instead of mustard you ever try g hughes sauce? He got Polynesian sauce and sweet chili sauce amongst a bunch of other flavors including mustard. I love his sauce I put it on any meal prep and it helps me get it down every day

Now, I'm really struggling to maintain my diet. I train 6x a week, do cardio 3x a week, and count all my macros and calories. I'm at 17% body fat, and want to get to 12%... Is it worth continuing for me? Or switching to a bulk to give myself a break for a few months. I don't like the idea of maintenance for a month cause it feels like a waste. Much love.

I think eliminating the diet soda with all the artificial sweeteners that do cause bloating, will shed more water than you think.
