ILLIT is a girl group which is composed of 5 members :
Wonhee (Korean. She was born in 2007), Minju (Korean. She was born in 2004), Yunah (Korean. She was born in 2004), Iroha (Maknae. Japanese. She was born in 2008) and Moka (Japanese. She was born in 2004).
The girl group was formed through a survival show called "R U Next?" which was a collaboration between JTBC and HYBE.
The group debuted on March 25, 2024 with "SUPER REAL ME" Mini Album.

Maybe 12 days late but Summer Moon is the name of their webtoon.
Hybe planned a girl group for a Sailor Moon inspired magical girl concept since 2021.
Think of BTS, TXT and Enhypen with a webtoon lore. That's going to be ILLIT's comeback and also establish their identity as a group.
I think this is the first time a debut has felt all over the place and could also be the departure of Youngseo early this year. Nothing is as clear as TXT's Crown or Enhypen's Given-Taken. Hybe hoped for a six member girl group after the scandal of Garam in Lesserafim but Youngseo decided to leave for personal reasons.
TXT's lore is power fantasy (The Star Seekers) and Enhypen's lore is dark fantasy (Dark Moon). ILLIT's lore is probably going to be urban fantasy if it's Sailor Moon inspired. Belift has confirmed it's not connected to Enhypen's. But it's going to be the group's lore that will be linked to their comebacks.
Ador, Pledis and Koz don't do that. Source Music tried with Crimson Heart in 2022 for Lesserafim but they have switched concept for every comeback so they gave up the direction with the departure of Garam. None of their songs have been linked to Crimson Heart lore. I think that webtoon is dead.
