It might have something to do with being part of the Americas and US culture/western culture being more of an influence. But one has to ask how an oil-rich country with 200 million amazing, smart people can't replicate what a little island with 3 million people has done. They can't even keep the power on in Naija, are unable to provide their athletes with outfits that do the bare minimum: spell Nigeria correctly. Corruption among our people is in the blood stream and the only way to remove it is in eliminates every individual having it in his or her blood.
