- Sri M, in this video, lays the foundation for Kriya, by explaining basic concepts, usually not given much thought, in an easily understandable manner.
Explaining the link between thought and language, he goes on to highlight the importance of sound and it's role in bringing about change in oneself.
Sri M, ends the session, by highlighting the guidance available in the Bhagavad Gita.

I just found this path. While listening I was meditating and saw an image that I translated as to one of my low centers to be calling me to set it free by clearing the way. How do I do this?
By the way this happens just before the mention of the bird. I don’t believe that to be a coincidence. I was trying to figure out why something in me was always bugging me with negative emotions like a lightning and though negative words.

Sir, ihave not get any understanding from how start kriya yogam, most of ur vedios would get inspiration only, our surround will get too many teachers and masters, unfortunately i have not yet met with Guru, i think ur guru would give an advice for reach every one doorstep, i think u will not yet come my doorstep. I hope u will come. I living near ur birth place. I think ur are so buzy, if u see this comments,.. Plz remember me... And ur childhood experience for getting a real babaji🙏🏻

Beautiful explanation, but regarding Mantra & Bīja-Mantra, the Sanātana Scriptures say,
तत् जपः तदर्थ भावनम्।
Tat Japah Tadartha Bhāvanam.
'Mantra should be repeated with Meaning & Feeling.'
There are several Bīja-Mantras for different Deities, & have meanings.
Apologies for expressing the opinion with 'Āgama Pramāņa.'

@@spacedesk3267 hong sou is.called mini kriya.Paramhansaji said liberation can be attained through Only Hong Sou also.You have to watch breath going down and coming up with the mentally repetition of Hong when inhailing and sou while exhailing.After sufficient practice,you wiill be so engrossed that you may forget breath and mantra.Your breath may suddenly stop and you may go in trance.This only depends upon intensity of yor practice.
This has a lot of ideas on everything but nothing on kriya yoga technique.
Kriya yoga is an elitist, secret sect! Spirituality and money cannot coexist! Where there is monetary interest, or secrecy there is evil. This is not judging, this is observation. Shiva = Christos. Generation / Organization / Destruction. Perfection = Balance. All things stem from self, love the inner self and radiate love. You are already perfect. Dissolve the ego through karma yoga and surrender to the absolute. This message will self destruct in fifteen seconds.
