I’m so glad you made this video. Everyone makes driver videos but forgets to make videos on these important clubs that gets lost in thought.

I have the Cobra King Utility 2 iron. Love it. It stays in the bag. I prefer Utilities to hybrids - my hybrid shots tend to balloon. 2 iron flights are a thing of beauty.

got the 2024 tec utility 3 iron to replace my tsi hybrid and it changed my game so much. Tsi hybrid is so stupidly difficult to hit.

I played the Ping crossover in the past but currently am playing Callaway Paradym 4&5 hybrid. I recently purchased the Cobra Forged Tec X irons which I do like quite a lot. I’m thinking about putting the Tec Utility 4&5 in my bag. More so after watching this video!
I’ve also played Srixon clubs in the past and can attest to their quality

I play ZX utility 2 iron but only on very windy days down here in south Texas. Tee only!

Nice to see Cobra coming out with a nice-looking utility iron and Srixon is class as always.

Just bought the Srixon utility in a 4 iron and I love it! I paired it with recoil 95 in stiff flex, I was thinking about upgrading the shaft to a Nippon GOST. Any thoughts on how it would compare?

I have the Mizuno Fli Hi with a Nippon Modus G.O.S.T. 105. Bought it after I actually watched one of your reviews! Love the club! Great review from you as well!

Got a 235 yard par 3 at my club. Play the Zx7 Mkii irons 4-PW so put the Srixon utility in for that hole and short Par 4's. I've got it in the 2 iron loft. Looks very easy to hit behind the ball.

I have a Srixon Z U85 in the 4 iron all the time in the bag and a 2 iron in and out depending on course conditions. I can’t explain it but I hit both very well; what makes it so odd is I’m a senior golfer with a driver swing speed in the bottom half of 80’s mph.

Is the Cobra iron you show the previous edition, owing to the adjustable hosel shown? That hosel was removed for 2023. I’m thinking it might be a fitter’s model you’re demonstrating. Great numbers, regardless.

Michael, I love my P790 2 iron. The thing goes very far. I tee off with it more than my driver. Tight par 4s

I ordered my Cobra Radspeed 4 iron customized direct from Cobra. Stiff graphite shaft with Golfpride midsize +4 grip. Stock club is already at 19 deg, but I had them deloft it 1 deg. It's basicly a 2 iron being that it's 18 degrees in loft. It's my only utility iron and it feels great at impact....silky smooth😊. Saved some $ by not buying an actual Cobra utility iron. At $139 it was a steal. My other irons are the Speedzones at standard lofts which are very strong, and yes I like the bling on the topline😜. They are a one of a kind design. They are a bit chunky but I needed G.I. irons being I'm not a young guy anymore at 60 yrs old, but I can still smack a 300 yrd drive with both my drivers....2021 Speedzone and a 2004 Mizuno Tzoid

Just ditched my Hybrid for a 4 Utility as never had any confidence with a Hybrid. Has changed my long game over night. Now looking at a 2 or 3 utility. Absolutely smitten with these types of clubs now.

Looks like the Srixon has better spin and launch / landing angles which would be ideal for holding greens on longer par 3s and 4s and second shots into shorter par 5s. I know there’s a 1° difference in loft. Thanks for the review!

I wish Srixon implemented the same V sole on their Utilities as their irons, even if it is slightly less pronounced.

as your looking into theses irons so to speak can you tell me what 56° then 12 above it means on my wedge , my golf mates are at a loss . 56 is the degree but what is the 12 for ? even in USA GOLF they do not know , and other clubs in the wedge line have it sometimes

Still carry U85 3 & 4, 19* & 22* respectively. No reason to change when you have a club that just bloody works👍
I will add I was not a fan of the Recoil stock shaft, it was a bit light leading to excessive swingweight, D5 iirc, and felt a bit unstable at tip. I tried a few options, including Modus 120X steel shafts I was playing in my irons and wedges. Finally I tried the Ventus HB 9X, despite not being the biggest fan of the Ventus shafts I’d demoed in driver. It was nirvana. We were able to dial in my preferred swingweight of D3.5 w/o having to add lead tape to head or counterweight plug in butt end. The stability of shaft produces consistent strikes and I am confident hitting a low stinger draw off tee to a high cut approach. Maybe the new ZX Utility would be even better but as confident as I am w/U85’s, I have no reason to even test to see if that were true. Just something about Srixon and utility clubs, their engineers know what they are doing
