I've been struggling with this for sometime because it is clear that _'The Serpent'_ *isn't the Satan* but a _'Beast of the Field'_ God had created on the sixth day with Adam. Genesis 3:1a Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. Used by Satan after the seventh day _[Gen __1:31__]_ because of its cunning attribute _[subtility]_ to deceive her into causing her authoritative head, Adam, to fall whom God had given the command _[Gen __2:17__]_ before Eve had ever been taken out of him later that day.
The only reason there is confusion surrounding this is that people cannot acknowledge they have been misled. The truth is that the so-called teachers do not want to acknowledge that God created the ethnic peoples (what some call races) on the sixth day but created "the man, Adam" during what is called the 8th day creation, that is the day after God rested from all His work. It is true that few ever take note of Genesis 2:5 which states, in part, that there was not a man to till the ground. Later in Genesis 2:15 we read that God took "the man" and put him in the Garden. It is undeniable that this man was Adam, who was not a group of men, but an individual man. And so we have the true reason for why there is confusion: the false teachers do not want to be known as racists for teaching that God created the ethnic peoples on the sixth day. Once you understand the significance of this fact, your confusion will melt away.
