It isn’t illegal to play certain games underage, the culprit of not letting minors play these games relies on their parents.

Super Sm4sh Bros as well as Super Smash Bros Ultimate have problems with equivalence, although it is said that this classification given by the ESRB is to reach a larger audience. Strange thing because Brawl even with PEGI 12 was Rated T by the ESRB.

It’s probably because they wanted a similar rating to Melee for Brawl as when the former came out, there was no E10+ rating at the time (it was made in 2005). Thus when Smash 4 came out, they probably figured that they were okay at E10+ rather than Teen, thus the new rating stuck.

@@VideoGameJNPoopThe T rating for Brawl was because of Wario's flatulence attack that was marked as "crude humor".

It's reminiscent of the classic Wario Land games, as you smash through buildings, enemies, and obstacles with your hammer. It stands out not only for its bizarre lightning-fast action but for the ability to dive between the background and foreground, adding an extra layer of strategy.

      🚀 Play Overview
AntonBlast is a frantic running-and-jumping game where you play a disgruntled construction worker who has a feud with Satan. It's reminiscent of the classic Wario Land games, as you smash through buildings, enemies, and obstacles with your hammer. It stands out not only for its bizarre lightning-fast action but for the ability to dive between the background and foreground, adding an extra layer of strategy.
You play Dynamite Anton, a "destruction" worker who sets out on a vengeance-fueled quest to get his own back after Satan steals his treasured spirit collection. You explore the varied levels of the Burner Peninsula, from ruined cities to ancient castles, destroying everything in your path in your singular mission to have your revenge.
Play involves moving through the stages, avoiding obstacles, jumping over caverns, and defeating enemies. You use your hammer both as a weapon and a tool: destroying obstacle blocks, detonating explosions and smashing enemies. Special pads let you switch between the foreground and background plane, adding a layer of strategy as you figure out the best and most effective ways to advance.
The result is a unique revisiting of classic platforming games. Like Wario Land, it incorporates zany energy and high-velocity gameplay but adds some unique twists that create a surprisingly fresh (if backwards looking) take on the genre.
      💡 Benefits
This game is good if you want to:
      • Build Resilience
      • Have Silly Fun Together
      • Play your first Platformer Game
      • Laught out Loud
      • Get around in unusual ways
      💬 Play Style
This is an Action and Platform game with Collecting, Fighting and Traversal elements. This is a single-player game.

      🛡️Age Ratings
      *Content Rating*
This game has not yet been rated, but we anticipate it is likely to be rated PEGI 7.
      *Skill Level*
9+ year-olds usually have the required skill to enjoy this game. The game can get quite challenging, and switching between the background and foreground can be particularly tricky. In addition, quick reactions and reflexes are needed.

@@benienterprises I have no clue why Metroid: Other M is a PEGI 16+ and not PEGI 12+, considering the violence is about the same as Metroid Prime games which are all PEGI 12+ (apart from Metroid Prime Pinball which is PEGI 7+), maybe PEGI had trouble with some of the game's cutscenes which are a bit strong to be fair.
