Thanis for pointing out why you don't need to create a ReplicaSet and you can just create a Deployment instead. I had some trouble understanding what was the difference between creating a ReplicaSet and a Deployment resource.

Regarding Selectors, why is it needed to use selectors in order to select "child" pods which are described in a nested template? Guessing this is because the templates allow for some reusability?
