    I sometimes wonder how successful investors manage to accumulate enormous wealth from their investment endeavours because I am an avid investor. I currently have equity from a recent house sale that exceeds $545K, but I'm not sure what to do with my money next. Is now the right moment to buy stocks, or should I wait for a better opportunity?

      The current market conditions may provide opportunities to increase revenues swiftly; however, experience is required to carry out such a plan.

      Many people minimise the importance of counsel until their own feelings become overwhelming. A few summers ago, following a protracted divorce, I needed a significant push to keep my firm solvent. I looked for licenced advisors and found someone with the highest qualifications. She has contributed to my reserve increasing from $275k to $850k despite inflation.

    I realized that the secret to making a million is making better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Car or that vacation just yet and that mindset helps me make more money invest:ng. For example last year I invested 70k in blue chip stocks and crypt0 s (with the help of my advisor of course) and made about 380k, but guess what? I put it back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million. Delayed gratification always pays off

    Real Estate provides cashflow, tax benefits, equity building, competitive risk-adjusted returns, and inflation protection on its own. Whether you invest in physical properties or REITs, real estate may help you diversify your portfolio and reduce volatility. Dividends are what got me into investing in REITs, great way to secure the accumulate wealth, I hold AMT, CCI & PSA. $290k in profits made in 2022.

      Consistently investing in high quality dividend paying REITs & companies over the long term is a relatively easy strategy to create generational wealth. My "boring" REITs portfolio paid me over $4,000 in dividends last month.

      Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $21k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

    The REIT key is dividends ..they are required by law to payout dividends..the more you have invested the more dividends you earn without dealing with tenants or a tenant missing rent..he should have emphasized REITs have leases..so these companies leasing cannot cancel the lease..it's a great investment..no repairs ..basically you are a shareholder of a property managed property that's basically income guaranteed..

    LOEVED, LOEVED LOVED this Live. I have worked in Finance for several years now (not as a trader or analyst) but in the administrative capacity and I have learned a few things along the way and have invested in a few stocks and portfolios. I always heard of REITS and knew it dealt with real estate but I wasn't clear on how. I am glad he broke it down and made it understandable to the masses. My dad talked to me about investing in stocks when I was really young kid before I really understood money. But those talks planted the financial seeds in my brain and I am thankful for that because I have been able to make wise business investments as an adult. Financial literacy and education is so important and I love hearing Black people talk about making these types of moves.

And for stock investors, seek proper financial guidance from a licensed professional more so one with experience of the past bear markets. I have 1600 budgeted per month so 800 per paycheck to bank account to cover expenses and ALL REMAINDER to TD. This way overtime automatically goes to TD. I stick to the budget. Pay yourself first. Less temptation to overspend when it goes directly to the brokerage. Invest first and spend what is left. I used MINT to figure out where my money was going and how much I really needed for needs. @38:50 that's word! i moved into the home i grew up in. i basically inherited it. I had just filed bankruptcy. I Lived in it raggedy for 8yrs. I became a multi-millionaire within 4 of those 8yrs & didn't even know it.🧐 However, when i thought back on it, each year rolled over into a more positive turnover with my business partner (my 7 to 3 career). My credit, with my debt to income ratio built my capital enhancements, which built my positive flow in investing, liquid, & net assets. It takes discipline & a lil timing. #employeedmillionaire #EYL #wallstreettrapper thank to all for sharing the support.❤#bigdeestraphouse 💪🏾✊🏾🤳🏾🙏🏾 @42:26

      @demilishing 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@Blackjesussp Not sure what you need clarification with. Instead of investing 5% of your income in the market, eventually you will hopefully get to a place where you can invest 20%, and that 20% will be more than $200. I don't want to sound mean or discourage you however the amount you've saved so far will not get you very far despite you already saving for about 1/35th of your entire life (assuming you live an average 75 years). If you want to get to a place where your investments will eventually influence your lifestyle and your work if you want, then you will need to invest a lot lot lot more if you want to live in America, which is where I assume you are from. Also, if you have large debt, depending on the type of debt and interest rate, you may just want to pay that off instead of accruing stocks.
