I am Cuban but never learned how to cook. Now, I crave to make the dishes myself liek fricase de pollo and carne con papas. But, my mom always used a pressure cooker (i used the crock pot for this recipe). But, I am buying an electric pressure cooker at WalMart because i am scared to use the old style pressure cooker that our mom's always used.
Look good the recipe. Familia recete We make ours similar with comino y oregano molido. Sazon Goya of course, and Edmundo golden with. We also put a little bijol for color. Cooked in deep pan on stove top.

I'm into Thai food and I don't speak Thailandese, so I follow a Thai woman who makes videos in Spanish, with a very heavy Thai accent, I understand her and I thank her for the videos. If a person feels like doing a video in a different language, it's their problem. You're not Castro: don't tell people what they can do nor how they can do it.

Everything was fine except the raisins. Those are for Picadillo.
Actually the fricassee de pollo Cuban style has raisins. Me personally I leave them out.but they do put in in the fricassee

Lo entiendo, pero, no creo que sea necesario...es solo una receta y sus tres pequeños minutos. Relax....We’re all still Cuban here. Lol.
