It’s one of my fave dishes and I can’t find it in the part of Georgia I lived. I followed this recipe exactly as you did it, and I’m so soooo happy you posted this. It came out AMAZING !! Lo venden en cualquier liquor store.. tambien lo consigues en Publix bajo su nombre Americano..Sherry Wine.. los vas a encotrar de diferentes marcas y precios.. pero es facil de econtrar.. cuando vayas al liquor store dile a cualquier empleado que te guie a los vinos de Jerez.. suerte y un abrazo.. I really don't know.. but what I can tell you is that my husband is 61 years old and we have a picture of his 2nd birthday in Habana Cuba .. in the picture you see the Merengue cake, pastelitos and his mom's arroz imperial.. his grandmother used to make it too , she had a restaurant in Playa de Guanabo and the arroz imperial was in the menu.. Hola Johana.. como puedes ver esta receta es como si fuera un arroz relleno.. si lo haces con las piezas de pollo entera no te va a quedar bien, ya que se te va a desbaratar a la hora de cortarlo y entonces se te va a formar un regero.. Mejor hazlo con el pollo desmenusado.. Nydia
