Are you using a piggyback ECU? If so which brand/unit are you using? Or are you still rocking the reflash only? I recently got a 2021 KTM Duke 390 and I will be doing similar modifications as yours and if a reflash if good enough for a temporary fix Ill be doing the same. Greetings from South Africa.
no piggyback. Just a stock ecu with a flash
nothing beats the old duke imo , the newer models are just not it for me..had the chance to test ride it at tesco tanjung pinang 😂(yes there were doing a test ride there but no one was coming )
no doubt the seat height ,handling and maneuverability was amazing but the throttle response was not it for me xd.The older models (2017-2021),those look like an actual hooligan bike compared to the new ones
Love love love my 2017 model
I had two R1s and I don’t know why but I ride so much better on the Duke than those two.
And because of that, I have always felt like I can ride faster on the 390 than my ex 1000s.
Both are great bikes, previous generation is just more raw, lesser electronics and safety feature. Newer version is smoothen out by alot.
