I have a good number of COLTs and also have an AGENT like this one. right now it wears Pachmayer grips but I am thinking of getting a pair of the skinny grips like you have on yours. NC ORDINANCE has them. and I will just switch back and fourth with the Pachmayers when I need to, nice gun thanks for sharing.
I just picked up an Agent from the late 60's, without the shrouded ER and man is it NICE! It looks brand new and had the box and papers with it and original grips. I put a set of full sized grips on it because I like the feel of the full grip. I love it. The frame has a nice blackened look to it and the cylinder and barrel are nicely blued especially the cylinder. I love it. You got some nice guns. I have several old revolver videos too if you care to check them out. A pair of Mod 15-3 snubs and a pair of Mod 36 snubs SB. One nickel and one blued per model number. Some other Smiths I still have and some I don't and my Agent video as well. I always like your videos. Great guns.
Thanks again Gilly for another outstanding presentation. Notices this gun has tool marks on the muzzle and the PONY insignia stamping on the sideplate is missing. The plain smooth grips, their configuration, and the matte finish remind me of a WW2 S&W Victory.
I bought one for my father's 60th birthday. He cried saying no man has ever gotten anything in his life as nice as that Colt.
I got one of these in 1983 as a back up and off duty weapon. A nice piece.
Had once just like this that was bought in ‘83 !
