given interview for h1b visa at hyderabad consulate on 21st march 2024 but unexpectedly got 221g form in the form it has been your case need more time for administrative processing but till yesterday it showed refused and till it shows same but yesterday we got mail from hyderabad consulate that we are unableissue visa for u you are ineligible what happened we didn’t got any mail about more documents to be submitted
in this case still is there any chance for getting visa back again and change status andi e information telisitey chepara pls

After getting H1B approved, may I know the time duration to book the slots?? and which location is the best to book the slots.
As per my knowledge, Location doesn't matter and the consular who take the interview matters......and coming to the slots, we have to be patience and keep checking for slots

Already me husband ki us stamping earlier unda. Lekunte vallu emi adgaleda... Inka mee husbande vellale why family need visa ani. Petetion chesetappudu mee complete family details echhara. Or direct eppude complete family slot book chesara. I am in the same situation so i am asking ... Few are saying that, they may reject if all going together ani. Please let me know.

There will be small mic kind of device on both sides, dn worry about that. Conversation will be very clearly audible to each other.

Hi. once after providing the documents mentioned, embassy will verify your documents and will send you an email regarding your case whether to attend interview or to drop your passport.
Usually it takes 2 weeks to 10 weeks of time. Dn worry it's just buffer time. Sometimes it can be proceeded with in 15 days also. It depends on the time ur case been picked by embassy.

Hi Bhavyasree, thanks for the video, I have quick question, Actually, I opted for H1b dropbox and submitted my documents, but they issued 221g saying that I need to attend the interview which they scheduled on Dec 28th 2022 but they never mentioned any documents in 221g except to carry passport and the letter. Thank you so much....Before attending to interview, you will get an option to choose whether ur passport should be delivered to your address or you yourself can collect ur passport at embassy. If you are dropping your passport at Dropbox location, you can collect your passport at the same Dropbox location where you have dropped.

Once rejected, you can reapply for next lottery and if picked u can schedule an appointment for ur visa interview.
As per my knowledge, I think there is no such restrictions for the number of attempts. Please check with immigration lawyer, they will give you detailed information regarding this.

Hi...If the consular asks for the client letter, we should be able to show/produce client letter. I think there is no alternative documents for the client letter. Background verifications completely depends on the consular who is taking the interview irrespective of the case.

If you are eligible for dropbox, go ahead and book for dropbox.....As of now interview slots are not available till end of the year but please keep checking.
