As a rider, I really think this one is too cool but I plead you to be more sensitive towards Ladakh's people and it's culture. This lake is considered holy. Riding in such a weather is thrilling and I too have experienced it in Ladakh. Good luck for riding! Ride safe.
I was hooked to the video because I have had some of my share on ice. But the moment I saw them actually going on the holy Pangong lake.... my instant feeling was "this shouldn't have been done". Not sure, may be I am thinking too conservative.... but I wouldn't want others to follow tracks of experienced riders into doing something that may not have been the best example. Everything else.... amazing. Truly. When you were going downhill on ice, I was biting my nails.
Yes we indian can show our mentality anywhere. Bikes on Lake!! What a respect of nature. We should conserve our precious natural landscapes.

I had been to ladhak, during regular window, and enjoyed a lot better...this video shows how safety is not considered as a first priority, also drinking in high altitude not a wise thing to do....you have been huffing so badly ..there are many frozen lakes around the world you could ride or drive on, but why choose Pangong, where you not aware that it is sacred place for the locals....people like you should be dealt with firmly....respect culture....Jai Mata Di...Jai Bharat

It looks awesome and cool. What I was thinking when you guys entered the lake with bike - 1) did anyone of you had life jacket on? Western countries have seen nightmarish scenario of such adventures going horribly wrong. Hypothermia is very real if by any chance you have ice break- survival beyond 15 mins would be difficult. Have medic and life jacket on +life is too precious.
