Hi Maria. It looks lke these town homes didn't sell this last year so the builder sold the project as multi family for rentals. The closing just took place in November of this year. So they the new owners has not listed them for rent yet. You could keep looking on zillow to see when they will be available for rent. You can search Baker Street Townhomes or look for 1331 Baker St. on zillow. When they were listed for sale this last spring they were staged. I hope that explains everything.
