Even after going through several explanations on TH-cam, I still have a hard time fully comprehending the Transformers architecture.

Andrej Karpathy has a video on YT where he builds a transformer from scratch with torch and explains at each step very clearly why he's doing what he's doing. That's better than any paper review could ever be!
