    Biter tengayan is one of the traditional foods of the Lundayehcommunity. It is a type of porridge that uses tengayan leaves as a main ingredient and is mixed with Adan rice, both of which are native to Lundayeh highland villages.
    The porridge/biter takes about 30 minutes to prepare, but the sticky/ slushy texture of the porridge is non-durable and can go stale quickly. This study was aimed at innovating the Lundayeh biter into tengayan snack by using the Twin Drum drying method.
    Tengayan snack is not only to provide a longer shelf life but also to commercialize it to all communities rather than just the Lundayehs.
